We begin with a discovery brief capturing your campaign objectives, historical channel data, competitive context, and budget parameters. Reach architects then draft two to three channel blueprint options, each showing how exposure flows across paid social, search, display, email, content, and partnership channels relevant to Singapore audiences.

The selected blueprint is expanded into a final reach specification with channel contour notes, creative format requirements per channel, and a reach registry defining which metrics to track at each campaign phase. A half-day workshop validates assumptions with your marketing team before the blueprint stamp is issued. This service does not include media buying, creative production, or ad account management.

Not included: Ad placement, graphic design, influencer contracting, or guaranteed impression volumes.

This workshop suits teams that understand their audience but need structured facilitation to translate objectives into a actionable channel mix. Follow-up documentation is delivered within five business days. Virtual and hybrid formats available for teams outside Paya Lebar.

Before drafting a new reach blueprint, many clients need clarity on where their current channel architecture underperforms. Our audience reach diagnostics review existing campaign data, channel-by-channel reach efficiency, audience overlap between platforms, and budget allocation versus exposure outcomes. We produce a diagnostic report with channel contour recommendations and a prioritised list of architecture adjustments.

Diagnostics require access to your analytics platforms (read-only) or exported reports you provide. We do not require admin access to ad accounts. The report includes qualitative observations and planning recommendations — not audited financial guarantees or competitor intelligence obtained through unauthorised means.

Not included: Platform account audits requiring admin credentials, competitive ad spy tools, or legal compliance review.

The monthly retainer includes one blueprint update session, channel diagnostic review, mix specification adjustments for the coming month, and priority email access to your assigned reach architect. Retainer clients receive a quarterly planning elevation — a strategic review of channel architecture against evolving business objectives.

Retainers suit marketing teams running continuous campaigns who need a planning partner without hiring a full-time media strategist. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice after the initial three-month term. Unused session hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

Not included: Unlimited workshop days, media buying commissions, or creative production hours.
